When will I get my order?
Very soon. Personalized cards only take about three business days to produce after the order is placed. And we ship pre-printed cards the day after you order. Orders placed by December 16, 12pm CST with standard delivery will be delivered by December 22.
What are your shipping options and charges?
We offer four convenient shipping options via UPS. Shipping costs may vary based on how many cards you order. The following costs are based on shipping a box of 25 cards:
$7.95 for Ground Delivery (5 to 7 business days)
$17.95 for Two Business Days
$24.95 for Overnight

How can I get the best results for my printed artwork and photographs?
Take a digital photo and upload it to your computer. You can also scan the artwork or photograph directly to your computer. For best results, set your digital camera to the highest resolution possible (fine, super fine, etc.) to produce the largest JPEG (.jpg) file possible, at least 1280 X 960 pixels. If you are scanning the artwork, set the scanner to save at 300 dpi resolution.
Make sure to crop and rotate the image for correct orientation prior to uploading to the site.
All color adjustments and image enhancements (such as red eye removal, brightening of digital image, and lighting adjustments) should also be made to the image prior to uploading the file.

Use these hints to help you create your Christmas Card:

CROP your image prior to uploading to the product template. If the image does not properly scale to the particular product, go back to the original image, re-crop, and then upload the revised image.

ROTATE your image prior to uploading to the product template. The image will be positioned in the template in the orientation that it is uploaded. If it is a horizontal product, make sure to rotate the image to horizontal orientation, likewise for vertical products.

RED EYE – fix red eye prior to uploading to the product template. If there is red eye in your photo, there will be red eye on the printed piece.

BRIGHTEN and ADJUST LIGHTING and CONTRAST to your image prior to uploading to the product template. Brightening the images will enhance the color on both artwork and photographs, resulting in a brighter printed piece.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) for all online orders.
May I use photos or images owned by or created by others for my Christmas card?
No, you may not use photos or images created by other people. Any image that does not belong to you and is protected by copyright or trademark law cannot be reproduced. By submitting an order, you’re acknowledging that you’ve obtained all legal and necessary copyright clearances and permission to reproduce any and all submitted artwork, and that the material is not in violation of copyright. Unfortunately, customers are completely liable for any legal costs, court expenses, and/or legal representation incurred as a result of copyright violations. So please be sure you only use your own images!
